Buy Edge with the Dreads merch! at Zazzle

I've been straight edge since 1987. Vegan since 1989. I grew up in Indianapolis when being straight edge meant having your face stomped in by nazis when you're only 14, 15, or 16 years old. Straight edge used to be punk.
Music has taken me around the country and there aren't too many places in the U.S. I haven't seen. I'm working on seeing the world now.
It's cool right now to be atheist. I'm not. I'm rasta. No I don't smoke pot. Don't argue with me about it. That's just how it is. If you want to know more about who Ras Tafari is feel free to ask. You can also learn online. I've never smoked pot. Never will. Don't ask.

For a living I'm a body piercer and scarification artist in Long Beach, Ca.

Suspension Camping Trip time again... this one is gonna be the biggest and best yet. In an intentional attempt to denounce the celebration of Columbus Day, we will be holding our suspension camping trip October 10-13th on Catalina Island.
There's great American Bison for wildlife and island natives willing to greet with full hospitality. Come conquer an island and HANG out with us for the weekend.
Package includes: Camping fees for Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, Round trip boat fare from Long Beach to Avalon in Catalina. Shuttle bus service to campsite trailhead (this campsite will involve a moderate 20+ minute hike with gear to reach). All food, fully prepared (approximately nine meals plus snacks and beverages). Suspension fees (that's right anyone who wants to suspend can, no additional fees).
Other activities include: Self guided nature hikes; an evening of stargazing with the one and only John "Feather Hands" Johnson of Kari Barba's Outer Limits Tattoo and Body Piercing, LLC; the possible return of the sweat lodge ceremony; tribal council fire get-togethers; various suspensions happening every day; and so much more.
This is a great opportunity to meet and foster friendships within the suspension community, not to mention just to get away and have a little nature in your life. The campsites feature cold water outdoor showers (which we can modify for privacy), running water and outhouses. We should have beautiful Eucalyptus trees for those natural and primitive suspensions that have become all the rage on these trips, and yes there really are Buffalo.
All of this for a mere $200 (approximately a $400 value).
Space is limited, so get your non-refundable deposits ($100) to me imediately if you plan to attend. I can send you an invoice through email so you can pay with a credit card and have a receipt, or I can also take checks and money orders for the next two weeks. Deposits must be made by Sept. 14th, however if you wait til the last minute I cannot guarantee you a spot.
Let me know if you're interested, and please feel free to repost.
